Fall Revival @ Mt. Olivet UMC

The dates for our Fall Revival are October 23rd – 26th at 7:00 pm. Pot Luck Dinner Served at 6:00 pm on Sunday the 23rd

Our speaker will be Rev. Dr. Tim Reaves

Pastor Tim has served as Lead Pastor at Pine Valley UMC in Wilmington, NC since 2012.  His passions are preaching and seeing people experience healing and wholeness through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.  He also enjoys playing the piano and spending time with his wife, two daughters and his dog.

Connecting to Ministry Workshop

Saturday, October 1st from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Join in for a 3-hour workshop at Mount Olivet United Methodist Church, led by Rev. Dr. John Dutton and Mrs. Patty Dutton.

Connecting to Ministry: Using GPS: God’s Positioning System “How Do Others See Christ in Me?” This Connecting to Ministry workshop will help you more clearly see the spiritual gifts God has given you and discover the ways God is already at work preparing you for a ministry. Connecting to Ministry allows God’s people to explore the spiritual gifts we have been given and seek to listen to the ways God is already at work in each of our lives preparing us for the ministry He wants us doing now.
